I have watched our bird feeders every day.  I get up extra early when I hear the bird chirping and sit on the window seat and just look out to see what our little friend are doing so early in the morning.  They are beginning to come regularly and eat from the feeders.  We even put a bird bath in the back yard.  It seems to be a meeting place where there is a lot of chirping and flapping of wings.  Maybe it’s like a coffee house or a meeting place for them, like we gather every morning for breakfast and talk over stuff.  Yes, no disaster recovery plan needed for them, even though I do wonder what would happen to the animals if there was to be a big disaster and everybody had to leave because they couldn’t live with food or fresh water.  I am betting the animal would leave too.  They probably can sense when a natural disaster is about to happen.  I think they must because I saw in a movie where all the animals were leaving when there was about to be a storm that would leave everything underwater.  That could have been a real response for animals.
